Work Through Influence, Not Rank We need to refect on our infuence while working at Atomy. This infuence is not about rank or title, but about the scope and breadth of our work. The wider the range, the greater the impact. The work we do is not just within our department, but for all departments in the company. At Atomy, we work horizontally, not vertically, and for breadth, not depth. Be Your Own Leader Being your own leader means taking the lead and doing things on your own initiative. At Atomy, real work is fnding work to do on your own. If someone forces you to do something, the job turns out to be difcult and boring. You should work with decision-making authority over what you do. Be a Superactive Helper Atomy promotes project-based work. Projects are like ever-changing amoebas. When a team is formed, the person best ft for that project takes the lead, irrespective of experience or rank.
